Dolphin Cove offers visitors a chance to get to know bottle-nosed dolphins in the water, as well as guided tours of the Everglades National Park and Florida Bay. If you request, they can take you on guided snorkel trips, sunset curises, kayaking tours, or crododile-viewing search tours. They specialize in customized trips, so if you think of something you'd like to do on or in the water, but can't find anyone to take you, call Dolphin Cove and they can probably set you up nicely. Their dolphin programs, offered daily mid-December through mid-March, and on weekends the rest of the year, include an orientation session held on the boat while you make your way to the destination in the backcountry waters. The cost is more than $150, but it is worth every penny.
