Located at MM 73.5 on the Oceanside
This beach is tiny, and it's right on US 1, so it's well-known and popular. There is a tiny sandy beach big enough for a few sunbathers, but there are far more would-be sunbathers than there are spots for them all. There are just a few parking spots. In spite of all these size issues, Anne's beach really is lovely and if you're driving south towards Key West, it provides something rare in the Florida Keys: a public spot on the ocean that's easy to find and free. You can go swimming, or rather wading, as the water is shallow for quite a ways out, and at least feel some sand between your toes before you get back onto US 1.
